Suggestion for an invasion...

Was thinking do an invasion tonight ( if u have time ) with mobs that drop books

Hmmm, i dunno. The joys of a new server is being the first to find where they drop, and then get one you need. I think a book invasion will just rule that out.

Dont wanna destroy the economy for books before it even forms imo.

Yeh... Mabye only do a short one where only 10-15 lvl 40 books drop

dont normally agree with dave very often but i have to on this... if u find the books its more fun than having them dropped 2bh.

lol people know me and advent have many differences of opinion but in this case i would agree with him whole heartedly.

books especially they should be rarer than items imo

End of the day items can (and often are) broken/dropped/lost... So their rarity isn't such an issue, whereas books are with your character for life, so after so many have dropped, their value will become whatever the book guy pays. Though I REALLY want TDB on my Warrior, I'd much prefer spending an ass load of time waiting to get it, rather than buying it from an npc for something stupidly low.
