Can low lvl Bosses Drop Rare items?

Is it possible 4 the lower lvl bosses to drop a rare item now & again ? I found that they don't drop anything much at all. KS, White Boar, The Hogs, Zt, Woom Turus in wooma temple, The Ice lord in WWl the ice Gardains drop better than him. Like i said not al the time but a least once in a while.

all bosses have all rare items in there drop files, so any boss can drop para pro telelport etc.

just remember this isnt euro mir and the drops are totally differant
