Tried searching but turn up newt, how does this work with regards to leveling it?

dunno what u mean by leveling it but it has stats added every 10 levels from lvl 40-70. and can be switched to class specific armor too (Mirarmortao/mirarmorwiz/mirarmorwarr) etc.
