Before or after he "fixed" it? From previous experience, whenever someone says "Give me a minute and I'll fix it", it often ends in disaster, or said item being launched out of a window or in to a wall, lol.

Nokia-something-pretty-cheap ftw! Think it's a 6600 or something, got a big screen and is generally awesome for £80 ish, battery life is crap though, lasts 3 days before dying, just by being left turned on, lol.
