Confused by this new server....

is this going to be replacing med rate but having all the characters and kits put in at te same level they wer when medrate went offline? or is it fresh new server?

if it is going to be keeping the characters from medrate at same levels and kits all these changes just are not going to be healthy for the server. it is going to be so much harder for someone new to enjoy the game.
