Right, this needs to be sorted.

Hollywood is a great GM. He's quick to take suggestions and change them, he's on a fair bit to do events and he's put alot of effort into what I think is a very good server.


BUT the user count is heading 50+ now, thats far too high for one person to handle. Especially considering the fact that HW has a job and kid to look after, not to mention a life. An extra GM, that knows a good bit about servers, is needed here to sort stuff out when HW isn't around.

pick me pick me!!!! jokes in all fairness i think provectus will be a good gm to have for the time bein if he wants to take on the role as he knows alot about mir / server side work. this is not a vote its just a bit off info on him for hollywood. as u all probs know he is waiting for medrate to be sorted so he can run tht but for the time bein i think u should have him as a part time gm. he could help u out ALOT holly.

<3 Sek! As he said, I'm actually very limited on the server-side of things, he's doing all the preparation work, then he gets to be the lazy slacker for a while (aka, my current role).

If Holly is really stuck for people, I don't mind helping out with certain things, but I'm trying to play as much as possible, as I've not touched Mir in bloody ages, lol. Playing again has reminded me of what's fun, what's difficult and what I'd like changed, so I'd only be able to do things that aren't going to make playing a problem and wouldn't make GMing be a problem due to playing.

Hopefully Holly can find someone who's suited to the role and has plenty of time, I'd only be interested as a last resort, if he'd even want me.

Note. As Edddy said, he found out the hard way that GMing is far from a box of chocolates, it's actually rather ****ty work that involves dealing with lots of complaints and abuse, lol.

Npcs and make maps and my english is pretty good(not my first language)

i wouldnt mind being a gm as ive worked for servers b4,
i can script, make maps, mobs, make skills, use sql/access(which ever u use) basically everything there is to do, but may take a while as im doin my a levels in a few months

• Heaven , Mir, MirRev, Devil kits have been simplified. (NO s,m,l,xl,war,wiz,tao) They change with class - Meaning you keep added stats.
• Aim for new kits every 10 levels or so
