open the files as a admin
then save them try that

or copy the first file
paste in some where
open it and it should allow u to edit it.
or just download this and use these

these worked for me
i had safe crap when i had vista

also i asked u not to post Ip's on the forums. hence why i moved ur last thread.

download install that then you can take over my pc with yours make any more sense?
