whats with hackings?

at least 2 in guild chat mentioned they been hacked or seen chars from their r/l partners log on while they r not even on a pc?
Any other guilds or ppl had same?
If so then lapta pls investigate before u put server back up pls m8, doesnt feel right atm ><
