I know a lot of people want to come, so i have been phoning around and most places are free in august for now, so i need to work out a good date for the meet up.

If you wish to come you will need to pay a £10 depoist (non refundable) pretty soonish, and the rest (£15) on the day.

I can not promise any dates wat so ever at the moment, but if you post the best dates for you then i will do my best to work something out.

id say week after or maybe even 2 weeks (middle of month that way) plus alot dont get paid till the end of the month.
