Rings!

Ok just finished off sorting out the ring database (and yes i have put dc on tao heaven rings)

Wat i have done so far.

Reduced the levels on god and lord ring (ready for rebirth)

I have made mir and mir revenge class items orb/gem-able, so yes that means you can gem/orb class mir and mir revenge classed based rings. You can not orb/gem standard mir/mir revenge items.(this will be done to all mir/mir rev items) I have done this to get more people to convert there standard mir/mir rev items in to class based items as it will save GM's a lot of time.

Wat i have noticed is tha AC / AMC is all over the place, mir items and mir rev items have NO AC on them wat so ever, then you jump up loads if u use devil items or even heaven items. I have never had any one moan about this which is why i have never looked at it.

Wat u want to do. Reduce / remove the AC on ring buy a lot. Before you kick off think about wat your going to be saying and read wat i am saying.

A top end war lord ring level 149 has AC 46 (this will be reduced any ways) a heaven ring level 100 has AC 18 :S a mir revenge ring level 100 has AC 0 :S

Its just all over the place, i know there are other rings that give you AC and AMC, but i want to even out the AC and AMC on both class and normal rings across the whole of the ring database. This will shake up the amount of AC and AMC that rings have a lot, but before i do so, i want to get your feed back on the issue.

If people are happy with no AC on mir items then ok...

I personally would love to remove almost all AC off ring, leaving AC on a few random rings and low level noobs items to help them out, but that just me.

Before you post, remember that DC is being reduced overall as well, but i am leaving DC till last as i need to work out DC on tao's and warriors.

tbh AC is verry much needed @ 85 i still get batterd by any boss so imo keep AC on rings

and would be gr8 to add them to MRrings, but i just use 2 kits atm 1 for high ac and 1 for leveling

So either way is gd but best be to have ac on rings

im all up for lowing the AC, but keep it on some rings and maybe add a small amount onto mir items?



btw any 1 else having forum probs mines laggin typin is very slow for me

If typing is slow, that's your pc being laggy (I believe).

Reducing AC across the board is a good idea, as you know Evo will be seeing a fairly large base ac/amc reduction, when those stats finally get done, you're welcome to steal those (may just remove all ac/amc from rings and take 20% off the base of bracers).

NOONE HAS MOANED ABOUT THE ITEMS MISSING AC/AMC BECAUSE THEY ALREADY KNEW THAT WHEN YOU UPGRADED TO DEVIL/LORD THATS WHEN YOU GAIN STATS, THATS THE WHOLE PURPOSE OF UPGRADING AND IT GIVES YOU SOMETHING TO AIM FOR.
AS FOR REGARDING REMOVING ALL AC THATS JUST REDICULOUS.If you remove most of the ac warriors will be able to basically 1 hit anyone, now bearing in mind my warrior my strongest char im not just saying this cos i have a wiz.so you need ac and a fair ammount of it to stop ppl getting one hitted, because although ppl have more agility now its nowhere near wat ud need to stop u getting 1 hitted.If u change ac you,d basically have to change every stat all over again tbh.

aye remove all accuracy and dc, mc sc whilst ur at it, so noone can hit anyone. then change all mobs and call them carebears.

im all for balancing game out, but like aunt said you lvl upgrade kit to get better stats if your going to stay low lvl u shouldnt expect 2 have same stats or close 2 the higher lvls, thats just defeats purpose of lvling making cash ect... to get better kit. may aswell stay at lvl 70 and wear miritems if thats the case.
