Fair to ban someone who is threatening to dos the server?

Got some dude who is threatening to dos the server, if i do not give him his account back.

The reason his account has locked, not banned, is a long story, but leads to account sharing.

So i took 10 minutes to sort the problem out, well as i was sorting it out, the dude whos account got locked said, if i dont give him his account he will dos the server. The account is rightfully his, and i have no reason to keep it locked, offer then the fact he is threatening to dos the server.

So should i but a muppet and give him his account back, or should i be a bigger muppet and not give him his account back and see wat happens?

I was going to give him his account back, untill he started talking about dos attacking the server, but now i feel he shouldnt be allowed to play the server.

I have banned him now any way, as he is now calling me currupt blah blah blah, so one less player in game.
