Old skool / Four heros / Ben and Co.

To start off no bitching, flaming slagging people off, this is not the place for that sort of stuff.

Just wanna clear a few things up and make a few points about the claims that are being made about me "Dos'ing" there server.

Well to start off with i have never really had a problem with old skool, might of made a few comments about it when it 1st opened, but that was a long time ago, and since then i can not recall me saying anything major bad about it apart from 80% of the players on there are banned on mir revenge, which was proven right when they made a poll on there forums.

I've always said that mir rev and old skool are 2 totally differant server, and differant people like/hate the servers for what ever reason.

I do not slag off ben or his server in public, and i do not care about ben or his servers. I know they have some strange obsession with me, and like to slag me off and what not, but that down to the players and really doesn't bother me.

This new server "four heros" again is totally differant to mir rev, i personally have never played it, but a few people have given me there thought on it, but those comments can be found else where no need to post them on here. I am sure the server is great but i really do not care about it, and i do not have the time to attack it.

Four heros was "hacked" a few days ago, and no doubt i got blamed for this. It wasnt me.

The server is currently, or has been dos attcked (from what i have been told, i dont even know if its ture) this has nothing to do with me at all.

These comments about ben's personal life, have also not come from me. Most of "what i said" is all over LOMCN, but people for some unknown reason, have been using the infomation from LOMCN and claiming that it was me who has said it. This is not ture. The comments as i said are from LOMCN and people are just claiming its me.

Old skool was up for a year or so, and a lot of people spent a lot of money on there. The server was then killed off to make way for a new server. The people who spent IRL cash on brand new items up until a month before the server was killed off are prob slighty pissed off, i know i would be if spent money on a server then it died (like extreme lol). Any way thats a lot of pissed off people, and a lot of them living in the middle east. So maybe, just maybe one of these pissed off people is unhappy that 4 heros is up and running as it killed the server they spent so long playing on. Maybe, just maybe one or more of these people want to take the server down, so try looking in there direction about the "hackings" and the "dos attack" before you point the finger at me.

I do not want to fight with another server, i just dont have the time and i really cant be assed, so please stop blaming me for your server being attacked, dont blame me when your server crashes, or when there is a bug, as it has nothing to do with me at all.

Thats just my 2 cent over the whole "it's lapta doing every thing". Know most of you wont belive me, but i really dont care if dont belive me.

Being dos attacked is not funny nor is having to sort out hacked accounts. 2 matters i know alot about.

Well nothing more to say on the matter.

If you wish to post then please make sure its in keeping with the thread. Any one saying,

"Old skool is crap", "ben is gay"

etc etc will have there forum account deleted.

Im wondering why no one has mentioned USA Mir, surely this is a cheap and effective way of shutting them down?

That's something I never thought of, it being the Yanks I wouldn't be one bit surprised if one of their players (I doubt it was a member of their Staff, though that is possible) thinks to themselves "I've spent ages levelling/getting items to kick people's ass, now they've all gone to that Four Heroes server... If I pull that thing apart, they'll all come back here!" and then actually follows through with it.

I made an account on their forums a few days ago to have a read about what's happening and from what I can tell (that wasn't deleted, seems that happens fairly often ><), someone in Cairo (they traced the IP) had hacked a GM account (Ben's) as well as several player accounts, then used the GM to make items and circulate them through the hacked accounts. They narrowed it down to 10 or so players, but without proof of who it was, they can't outright blanket ban the lot of them, but said they will have to if anything like this from those IP's happens again.

I'm not sure about the DOS attacks, but there were lots of "Its up... and down again" type threads, which finally got a reply from some Admin saying they'd been DOS'd, at which point your (Jamie) name of course got brought up as they all jumped on the bandwagon, lol. Impressive that you can DOS a server to death at the same time as you're on the Xbox... Did Vicky get you a third arm and hand for your bday?

End of the day it's Ben, I don't know him but from what I've seen the things said about him (by various people) seem true, that he blames everyone and anyone other than himself. From his posts, if it's a disgruntled player who got banned/unfairly treated, it would of been by Ben, the rest are all very polite and respectful, whereas Ben's attitude is generally "**** off".

Edit: Seems they've been breached again, one of the GM accounts is online @killing people while the guy is at work. Though I don't feel bad about Ben getting this, I do for the players/other Admins, it's always really awful when **** like that happens to someone undeserving.

so i heared the news that they talking about me in four heros forums so i though of creating account there and check what they saying found out that they suspecting that am DoSing the server and that might be lapta paying me for it ( i love to get paid but lapta is tight with money )
so i posted a thread The Four Heros - A Legend of Mir II Server
was offering them my help and what i got in return is

Bah, was afk and missed the thread, came back to see the forum is down, by the time it comes back up I doubt your thread will still be there.

What I find funny is Ben crusading to keep these 10 IP's from being banned (even temp) while they find a perm fix... So entire server has been offline or unplayable for 48 hours or so, going from recent posts (guessing it's had a few hours of up time), so no-one can play, why doesn't he temp ban them, get it up and then work on the issue, rather than working on it with the server offline. :s
