Been collecting up puzzle Pieces and can confirm that the old EP Npc dose no longer function.
There is a npc Npc (according to Lapta)
If anyone has any info on its location that would be great or atleast now we can start the search =D

Devil gets a heartattack when he hears REA is coming, and drops me few devil items before i reach him! just to talk me out of killin him.
