mongchon/bichon crown or puzzle pieces

whats happened to the npc that mongchon/bichon crown are suppose to spawn bosses or is this another unfinished idea that has faded and died
or has the npc for the puzzle pieces in game yet?? i wonder

Jamie has said that the Npc is currently ingame.
it's location is currently unknown all tho people claim to have found it!
they all seem to be Hoxes

Hopfully the reboot will see ether the npc moved somewhere more practical or some kind of hint posted on the forum for all to see as atm it is obviusly a useless Npc/puzzle peice items.

its sad that peeps dont tell the location of the npc
its even more sad that peeps will paying cash for it tho
if no1 pays cash for it
his location will be told neways if ill find it ill put it on forum neways
