Well im not on much anymore anyway but i might not be on for quite some time....

I got a letter from Her Majesty's Courts Service stating that there is a warrent for my arrest i already knew this as it was issued when i was 17....im 22 now but basically, my address has changed 3 times in the last 9months everytime ive had a new letter.
So as it turns out i am officially on the the National Police Database. So i can be stopped and arrested anytime and held in cells untill a court date is available the differance here is i Will Not get bail =/
So im handing myself in tomorrow i might be ok but then again there is a small chance i'll be charged with evading arrest for 5 years....which in turn may mean multiple life sentances =/ ive got a lot of good things going for me like ive been working doing charity work learning course's caring for a disabled person and kids so most likley i'll get off.
But i always expect the worst that way i never get my hopes up an in turn dont get my hopes crushed =/
So just incase i do end up in prison =/ i'll see you all soon...or later

Legally you never evaded arrest you just didnt act upon a warrent. Aslong as your initial crime wasnt somehing super bad you will prob get a huge fine which if you cant pay will then be like 4 months in jail.

they want send you to jail for the warrent mate, is it for fines ? u'll get a slap on the wirst an will have to pay the fines good luck

nah my 3rd offence was theft im dissapointed to say then again i was 17 =/
i went to court got told to see a refferal officer every 2 weeks for 6months i only did that court order for 4 weeks which in turn is why i got the warrent for arrest.
So would it be safe to say i wont be charged with evading arrest as thats my main concern.

Surely if it was that serious they wouldn't of sent you a letter, they'd of sent a police officer to bring you in? Personaly opinion but I can't see them doing anything other than a hefty fine and/or a slap on the wrists, if they were determined to get you some jail time, they wouldn't of given you plenty of chances to evade them, lol.

If i remember rightly, your third offence was when we were in portmouth and you got caught stealing a CD from HMV, and now you are banned from every HMV in the country
