Wasnt a major reboot, just wanted to fix the kill titles, and put the bew EXP table in.

Dont think the table has made any differance to levels as i decreased all the EXP needed not increased!

but i think this to not fair for who not lvl but if u make lvl hard so we need more 1 year to be lvl 110+

rebirth will put people back to level 100 so it will even its self back out
