Char deletion

guys was wondering do char's below like level 15 get auto deleted cuz i know it happened on RZ but then again mental wouldn't spring for a bigger db so that probs why.. anyway any 1 know? it's only i got 50m on a store char thats level 1

i think this process is not set up on MR as i have had a lvl 7 storage player and its still there.
