Hi all im new to the website but a month old to the game i want to know why did i lose my robe of evil (female) after reboot before 2days so i was wondering will the game master give me another one or should i buy a new one please answer me as soon as possible.

if you e-mail gm's on the account support e-mail they will look into it for you, might take some time as jamie has had a back log of e-mails to read like 3 weeks worth!

I want quick actions i dont want to wait 3months for roe i need to go hunts how can i play without an armour and i dont have enough money to buy a new roe so i need a quick solution.

Im not login for atleast 2weeks got exams :| so im gona give gm's two weeks to give me a solution or else i should get some cash and buy a new one :S unfair though

if you have lost items due to reboot jamie will give back, but you need to relize your probly at fault for not logging out when asked to befor reboot took place! so be extra nice in you e-mail to jamie! add some hearts and kisses or he wont read stright away! make the e-mail heading something like i'll let you sit itchi's lap and bounc! lol that would get his attention but also will most liek get you baned! ^__^

yeah like Itchi has said, Lapta was flooded for the best part of 3 weeks so he will have a back log of emails/pms to get through.

if you end up trying to make demands of lapta he would tend to ingore the situation so its best to be polite and give gentle nudges rather than demanding quick solutions, everyone would love a quick solution, but if gms just gave out items when ever someone said, i've lost this give it back please it would turn into a free for all and then the process would be slowed down even further by needing to check the logs, which would involve taking the server offline for a while as it causes lag.

the best thing to do would be to email Admin@mirrevenge.com (the support email) and explain the situation, the time of the reboot, wetheryou logged out before it or wether the server lagged out due to it being rebooted.

If your new to mir as you say, you probably didnt know that if you are online when the server goes down there is a chance that you can lose anything up to about 15minutes prior to the reboot, thats why the messages come up repeatedly telling you to log out ^.^ its not just the gm spamming because hes bored.

if indeed it was a bit of a cock up the Hearts and XXX in the Email would help lapta be nice im sure. make sure you explain it all clearly and not in an over the top way, after all you do have 2 weeks to kill during exams so there doesnt appear to be a major rush, just let lapta know when you'll be back online regulary and ask that if he could do it asap.

^.^ as for the other GMs Scorpio could probably give you one if he gets the go ahead from lapta, (im not sure of the freedom lapta gives the current GMs) but im sure if it was caused by the server, then the rules state that items will be replaced, and i guess it doesnt matter who replaces them, you just dont want to be doing it very often (otherwise people will get suspicious.) Ven would also be a good one to PM he has Server side access and i believe lapta gives him free reign to do what he likes as hes a sensible guy and is like Laptas Left/Right hand man.

Sorry i couldnt be any real help but hopefully it should give a little guidence as to what should be done.
