Slight change to Noob's endore

Well after adding the cross road which allow you to talk in endore i have decided to allow noobs (under level 60) to access alot more of mir.

There will not be able to access BW, PI, WW, Castle Gi.

Noobs will be able to go to bug cave, ZT fox cave (the new noob verison) plus the caves in endore and the caves in serpent valley (maybe not a good idea for them to try this solo lol)

As a result WT has had a make over better drops and EXP alone with the level bassed caves being sorted out.

Not sure weather i am going to make the cross roads a Safe map yet, there is a safe zone in the middle of the map, alone with an NPC with will teleport you to the 4 exits on the map.

As i see this map becoming a meeting place for noob/storage char i might put a storage NPC in here also.
