Help please can no longer connect

hello, i've decided to make a return to the game. i reinstalled the game and have run the autopatcher how ever i get the following message appear


access violation at address 00498894 in module 'mirrevege.exe' read of address 000005A4

does any know what this means or how i can fix it? as i cannot access the game. thanks

try to reinstall the game again, is a corrupted file or an error as it loaded into ram

re downloaded and repatched but the same problem persists.. any idea?
