Another letter from wemade

Well this time it was from Gamepot USA, Inc.

Getting boring now.

The letter is just a copy of the letter the lawyers sent me last year.

I spoke to the lawyers (wemade laywers) who have told me that no further action is being towards Mir Revenge with reagrds to the matter that their wote to me about last year.

So i am guessing that this is some sort of scare tactic or something. Wondering if any one else who runs a mir server has also got a letter from Gamepot.

The funnest thing is Gamepot couldnt even be assed to pay for express postage. 98cent was the cost of the postage and it took 10 days for the letter the to get here.

Whats even funny is the fact Gamepot have writen the letter on behave of Wemade entertainment, but keep refering back to them selfs making the letter a very funny read.

Even funnier, the letter is writen like it has come from a lawyer, demanding i sign over www.mirrevenge.com to them and give them all my programs.

I was hoping for a phone number but there isn't one

Would like to say thanks to Thomas Lee the Director of Gamepot and the rest of their staff, who clearly have no idea about how legal proccedings work.

For people who are unware, and care (no one i doubt). Wemade own the trademark the the word "Mir" I own the trademark to "legend of mir". As i pointed out to Wemade before and my laywer agreed, thy are 2 totally differance trademarks, like "GAME" and "Game station" or "the game of life" Game own the use of the word "GAME" as a single word, they do not own automatically own "The Game" or "Game World" as it has the word game in the title!

Anyways!

I wait your next letter which is due in about 6 months time, at which point i will make another post, using the words Wemade and Gamepot increasing my google ranking (*** i better email google and ask them if i can use that word).

I know Wemade only want me out of the serach engines, but as my last letter said, i will happly cross link with you
