creating new game account...

i forgot my password for my old account and i emailed to try and recover it but had no response what so ever! i will have to make a new game account, were do i do this on website or via game once iv downloaded it and installed it etc?

You cannot create a new account just yet....only returning players can have access....

You may have been an old player but since the server went down many things have been asked of players ie deleteing there accounts to be transferredto the new database etc, if u was one of those that didnt see this then im afraid u will have to wait ur turn in a long que of things for lapta to do....
