Other options needed tbh and wouldnt Samurai suggest another warrior class rather than a 'new' class......only a opinion

(Samurais main choice of weapons were spears and bows as it happens, its a widely misconceived belief that Samurai ran/rode around on horses wielding Katanas im not saying they didnt, but historians now believe that they rarely used horses at all as there armor was so heavy and the breed of horses over there were also smaller, so now they think they traveled on foot and used horsemen as scouts only.Also i was extremely disappointed to learn that the Samurai were more or less cowards.........if you like samurai then DO NOT start reading up on there history you wont like what you read!!) =(

Samurai's & Assassin's are 2 different people so it wouldn't be the best idea.

Assassin's are also commonly known as Ninja's, so that's an idea.
