Server Connection was forcefully terminated?

I don't know if thiis is happening to anybody else but on the loading screen after I select my character I get this error message;
"Server connection was forcefully terminated. Connection time probably exceeded limit or a reconnection was requested from user."

Also it is taking a very long time to load the log-in screen, not sure if thats related to the error message or not

We just done some updates on the server, which would of caused this to happen.
