Character Removed, But Cannot Replace

[L337M4N]

I had an account last week that i made with the character "L337M4N" Lv 45 Warr, In Defiance Guild. The last time i was on was the day of double exp, i did not try to log in again till about 3 days after, and when i did try to log in it said that my ID was not recognized, so i made the same account with the same password tried to make the character "L337M4N" and it said that this character name is already in use or has been banned. I heard something about a rewind but surely it didnt rewind back a few days?? My account was gone, so was the characters.

Any help or info you can give me on this? could admin please contact me either by PM or msn

you sure you typed ID / pass correctly ?

the rewind wouldnt have been that long if was one and the account should still be there o_O

fixed. user was trying to use the wrong user name to access his account. We have all done it><
