Poison & Couple Rings

Ok, I know there are already threads asking about couple rings, but no thread actually says how you get them, only the thread maker saying "thanks got the ring, can close thread now". So rather than waiting 100 days to do the quest, which I heard was broken anyway, what other way is there to get one?

Also, couple of questions about poison. I've been doing some experimenting recently. I realised, for example if i poison my shinny, naturally its health degens. If I successfully curse it, or a wizzard/warrior poisons it, it cancels out the original poison. So even though the mob is still green/red, its health stop's degening, but it doesnt regen either.

I'm not sure if it cancels out Red poison, cause its not that easy to tell. So effectively only green & red poison stacks, if the mob is cursed, FC'd purple/blue, or a warrior PA's/Slows/TDB's it, you have to re-cast the poison, even if the mob looks like its still poisoned.

This is a bit annoying, especially if your hunting a boss with a warrior that has slow 5+, u end up having to repoison the mob every 2 secs.

So I was wondering if this is intentional? And what really is the point in it? Cause when your hunting with a warrior with good PA abilities, or a wizzy that likes to use blizzard/FC, it kind of makes tao poison redundant.

the only way i heard you could get couple rings is with GP.

yes, mobs, pets, pple, its the same

Its not intentional no. But its also something Lap has no control over, its a prob within the code rather than the settings.

Thing is TD doesnt release his exes anymore, so even if hes fixed this prob, without its own source code, MR can't do a lot to sort it =/

Not really, has its advantages aswell. I mean combine a taos psn with war psn. You will see what I mean

ages ago the GM sold couplet rings 2 TM for 1 mill each i dont think there are anymore tho tbh he shud do it again or fix quest ^_^
