Does Endurance Orb Work ? (Adds Pr +1)

I just did an event from Scorpio, i came first he gave me x2 pr orbs for the wining prize and 20m but it seems though no 1 is buying... because endurance orb is bugged? please could someone tell me if it works or not :s

endurance orbs work jus like all other orbs.

its the stat that dont work properly.

u cud always give them back to scorpio for him to more events with :P
