Sort this spell out, only way wizzys hav a small chance of fighting a more fair fight wiv taos and it takin from us. Whats the point in this spell if it dosen't work, yes i im lookin at this as a PvP side of it but thats what the game it mostly about on private servers.

oh, i dont think of FC as a dmg dealing spell jsut help slow others down so ya can blast em 2 death wiv ff.

the problem is - the slow action on FC is linked to warriors slow, so by increase FC i will have to increase warrior slow and curse...
