everytime i log in i get green text across top, and then i cant move at all and my char comes up about 30secs after i type it

I'm with Virgin its old name was NTL since Virgin took over its got worse than ever.

i have lag with virgin media but some people online say also they have lag maybe it is server?

Yeah i use virgin. Been well laggy lately. Used to have no probs at all.
