You're way off, at level 64 it's still tricky to get 120 without an apple.
Unless you can get Mc15+ logic rings the best you could hope for at level 55 would be 100mc.

at lvl 55 i had mc 105 ish i think.. with no apple, its not trickey at all to get 120 after 60/65. and read wat i said. i said GOOD mc is 120+ but average for his lvl is 80-90.
