Caves in NOOB area NOT pk free areas

I thought ALL the map including the caves was a pk free area?
A new player to the game was just pk'd in the caves and is very upset about this server. His name is shauneev and he was pk'd by XipodX.
So noobs can't even level here safely in the few areas that have mobs!

if he gets upset about a pk theres no point staying on this server seeing as there is a 8/10 chance some 1 will try 2 pk u when ur hunting

yes but now its not pp greifing ppl in noob area have a chance of fighting back now. what lapta needs to do is to make it tele them out of noob place at lvl 40 str8 to BW SZ to stop lvl 40 ppl in noob area pking. to me it is a good idea an ok ppl will still fight in there but we cnt make all of mir pk free as loads of ppl like to pk but now they have a chance of fighting bk ifthere roughly a few lvls higher instead of it beeing lvl 50+ cnt fight bk with his skills (tao wiz or war) with out a lvl 1 beeing there to b killed in 1 hit.

hes tryed to make it better for the higher lvl's and still hes getting **** for it. it seems he cnt win no matter what he does.
