waiting for mobs to spawn - server back up

Server will be back on line in about 20 - 30 minutes, just waiting for the mobs to spawn.

Have fixed the spawn rate in the noob area. All chars under level 40 will now spawn in town, You can leave the area when ever you want to go to BW, but when u log u will be back in the n00b area.

Fixed omaking robe and heaven armour stats i think, i await your feedback on that.
