also it looks 2 me that if pob wants 2 get sum 1 banned. he ses hes banned and he gets banned 20mins later? wats the crack?

TDB has a delay cause TD coded it like that, don't bother asking jamie 2 change it as he can't. Its in the source.

Bliz shouldn't be lowered in the slightest, at lvl 3 its an awesome spell, it should be difficult to obtain (putting points up for curse/rage may not be a bad idea tho)
