is there a command to disable this? its well annoying when ur hunting and some mugs always talkin in global like dave etc any chance u cud add command to disable it like u can shout if it aint done already

You can only type 30 characters a time, maybe a two limit time use if you can script that, if not - maybe a delay on the message you type.

Dont think you can turn global shout off as its done via a npc and not the actual m2 thing.

I think Garaa meant you need to wait 30 minutes in between your shouts.
