Attacking someone who is brown while in no kit/shop kit is considered grief play, I do remember a gamemaster shouting that ingame. I'd have thought the same would apply to someone who is red but it looks like because the people you are accusing are turning it into a bickering flame war no action will be taken.
It always seems to be the same 4 or 5 people doing this sort of thing.

maybe they are wearing **** kit so they dont loose something they dont want to loose when they die.
