Not sure if this can be added but would be cool.Ill try explain but my english not so perfect.
Bassicly its like normal mir lottery but the winner its designed each hour.For example from 12:01 untill 12:59 will be the submittions,each player will have to pay 20k to join in,and can only join once.After that they will get a number,click the npc pay the the 20k and a message box says,U are number xx.At 12:54 a message shouts that the lottery submitions end in 5minutes,After those 5minutes @ 13:00 A global shout says the winner:The winner of this lottery round is {name}{number} .Please Start Submitting for the next round.

I think it should be done later in the day though cause not many people i know are awake/ingame at that time ;P
