actually i was told by scorpio and dev that the helm powers are in use... rumours from dev says that they can only be used at 12- 12:30 and 6-6:30

Rumours from scorpio suggest that it spawns a random boss 1-10 range from the person wearin the helmet, which also gives of a global shout saying that mobs spawned or sumfin..

lol i told u i was the original owner of tat crown and it does nothing.
jamie is far to busy to be adding more nps to make the crown work.
it took almost 4 months for the bw crown to be kinda of sorted even though it needs a lot more work

only the bw crown npc is in game the mw one isnt as yet,and when u spawn a boss it could spawn in any cave in that province which kinda sucks lol.but the helms will do far more than just that 1 thing.so its a case of sitting on the helm for a good while yet.or selling it now and not etting its true value.
