Cannot mine

I have done all the new auto patch etc and now I can see a pickaxe in my miners hand but it will not hit the wall. It sounds what it looked like before a spear.
How can this be fixed and can anyone else mine at the moment?

All weapon sounds need to be adjusted accordingly Jamie, it should fix a lot of problems when you do.

Pick axe does not work and I have had all files d/l from the new autopatch sound is still of a spear.
