Once you hit lvl 80, you can go see a Npc that gives you some choices to increase a certain stat or maybe skills, however that may unbalance things a little..
Say:
Hp or Mp Increase by 500 - Costs 20 levels
Hp or Mp Increase by 1000 - Costs 40 levels
Increase base Ac/Amc/Agil/Acc by 5 = 20 levels
Increase Mp/Hp Regeneration 10% = 40 levels
Thats just an example, and obviously you won't be able to use the Npc till you hit lvl 80 again. This would introduce a kind of "level cap" if people choose to use the Npc every time they hit 80. Also it gives the player something to level for and to futher customize their player, making it more unique and overall more interesting to play ^_^
