Everyone speaks to you
You become... a marmite person. (Aka you are either loved, or hated)
You become more responsible and learn how to handle things better.
You work with a team

Bad
Stupid people try to get you in trouble for the smallest things
You can get in trouble easily
People begin to hate you if you dont give them stuff when they beg, and we hate them back lol(hence why alot of people hate me)

i have to say the bad far out weighs the good for being a gm, but the power of the good seems to be stronger.

i mean i could take 100s of "oh just f off" a small chat ban usally right my feelings on that one.

But we dont have anyway of rewarding good beheaviour, i mean when someone actually comes out and says, "i have a little problem could you let me know when you have a moment." usally i'd drop what i'd be doing and help the politer user out over the one that just came up and went f**king server its s**t fix this crap!


its always nice to have a Thankyou form users too normally its just abuse but the occasional thankyou goes a help of a long way.
