ffs someone help me plz

i ended up reinstalling mir autopatched and did the manual patch as the weps and some items missin now all seems ok but wep skins cocked up...
what did i do wrong i cant seem to get it right

chaosncarnage was a great help. stood in town showin weps n askin what they looked like then said i know what the problem is you need to update all your wep files well congratu****inlations like i didnt know but how when autopatch says there nothin to download ffs

well you can either have the wrong graphics and not get the freezing bug which causes your computer to waste never ending resources trying to do somethign on mir.

or you could copy your euro mir data files into your mr directory and just keep rebooting your pc every time it crashes.

having a sly pop at ChaosnCarnage implying that he helped to cause the problem or that he caused you more trouble isnt a good course of action as it makes other people that might try and help think that if their solution doesnt work they will just get the snide comments aswell.

There have been plenty of threads about this sort of problem on the forum, (in the correct section) if you actually have a read and look for it you might find the answers you need.

does it really matter what they look like? i mean you lot are always saying "why pay for pixels etc etc".

its a problem that cant be fixed easily or it would have been fixed ages ago.

I didnt intend to have a pop at the gm but you must be able to see the reason why i did lol.
i was a bit irate at the answer tbh but i can see the funny side now and think he did take the piss because i was buggin him for help.....
a simple answer as ven gave me would have done the trick and then i wouldnt have spent like 4 hours trying to fix a problem that apparently cant be fixed? and all morning searching for threads about the same thing.
think a sticky regarding the issue might be in order just to explain the problem?

well i do think that 90% of the people ingame have that same problem so asking a couple of peeps ingame mite av got you your answer quite easily.

game play is the same no matter what items look like.

think 90% of the people i spoke to dont know they have a problem then lol, or maybe just dont know that a mirsword is actually a spear and a magicwand is a parasword??

thanks ill just get used to it
