rare drop chance box...

just wondering what the things for.... is it in use? and how does it work?.

mine never changes, always says "no rare drop chance waiting" . or somthing.

yea it works, had a gold chest given out by it, however very few items are in the list for rare drop share, infact only seen gold chest show up for it, shame because its a very handy feature

as far as i know if your in a group and a rare that is in the list drops and ya got group rare share enabled, it flashes or summit then ya can decide who gets it and the person who is decided can click it and take it. might b wrong

like jalah said there are only very few items in the list, so untill jamie or who ever adds more to it you prob wont see it workin vry often.

how do you work it??
when you killing a mob?
before you get to a mob?
after you killed the mob?
who presses it in the group?

first off you select if you want it on in your group window(only group leader can do so)

once its been turned on if a rare drops from a mob/boss you kill a message appears in your chat saying "your group has found XXXX" and the rare item button flash's you then have like 240 seconds to select if you wish to take part in the selection process you click yes or no, once the timer runs down it distributes the item to one of the group members that selected yes, the item appears directly into that persons bag, only item we have had drop that showed up in the rare share box was a gold chest.
