bit over the top?

OK.. before you read this and think i am complaining, imnot. i love events, and i appreciate the effect put into them.

but too many events can be bad..

last nite i went to bed @ 11pm after an hour of events(bw mines, was fun ^_^)
i woke up at 5am to get ready for work at 6... logged in mir for 5mins to find another event lol. i wonder how many events there was between 11-5?
i just think some gm's are overdoing it on events, soon there will be no need 2 hunt bosses. just w8 for the next event.

anyone agree? or am i just being silly lol

Yes thats pretty stupid :P Hence why i hardly do any events.
I don't care who it was, even if it was IRCHEATING or jamie :P but they SHOULD keep it to 2 a week, max.

on a seperate issue it was nice to see and event for normal player super players and noobs. every can have a go.
of course too many events will ruin the server but at least its nice to see a blanced one for once

Aye, I put almost all bosses that DON"T DROP as ppl complain about them :P and most of it was normal mobs and the event was done because I was told to do it by Kitana.
The late night one in KS KR was a small event (small map = small event) was for the latenighters. I wasn't planning on doing an event for about a month

but since Kitana said go do one then I listen to my superiors. And concidering I'm the Newest addition to the GM team... that means that every other Gm is my boss so I technically have to do what they say. Lapta has all final words of course.

dont complain cos u feel missed out,it was an event for the lower lvls tbh,and nowt special dropped.Why dont u just say I DONT WANT DAVE AS A GM.Dont beat around the bush eh.

yes the 1st event was at my request and i have to say dave was brilliant not alot of bosses but loads of mobs

1) i didnt miss out lol... i got drops in both events, i took part in both events so what r u on about

2) you really need to learn to read before you post, i said plenty times i WASNT complaining, and i LIKE dave as a GM. honestly sally.... why post if b4 u even read my thread???

Didn't you just make a thread about how bad drops are? I'm pretty sure complaining that events will bring too many items into the game contradicts your other post.
Given that the drops are broken at the moment I can't see any problem with the odd event.
