I think theres some being worked on. Theres a Mir Revenge quest just been introduced to transform your Mir items into Mir Revenge items, althought not many people know what to do, since there is purposely no guides

there are quite a few quest about
holy sword quest
teeth and fruit quest
meat quest
gold quest
lovers quest ( i think)--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

the lovers quest u have to be married for ova 100days to access that and then get all the items for it

Is the lover quest in game? I mean all the npc needed to finish the quest are present?

As far as I know, None of these quests are in Mir Revenge.

the holy sword quest is in game as i have started to do it. this quest is started in tao school
