Reject/Zappad has been given a level 70 warrior?!

Reject is stood in BW safe zone with a level 70 warrior and about 3b of brand new kit. Last night this char' was level 45 at the most and dressed in crap, shouting abuse over global at anyone.
Lapta if this is how you deal with the DOS attacks I think it's disgusting. I would gladly have the server down for weeks at a time rather than people be able to bully there way to being literally the most powerful on the server.
This must be why the server was down so much tonight.

Please do not derail the thread by making this about if donating is right or wrong, this is about a bully getting their own way and bossing lapta about.

Update to this scandal: Already Zappad/reject has died and dropped a MirBrace, they have DOS'd the server and made us all lag out. Clearly giving reject what he/she/it asked for will make no difference to the lag situation and will only cause hostility between players and lapta. I urge the person who got the brace to not return it, bullies shouldn't get their own way. I'd rather the server be unstable than corrupt.
