wats the max PA , Slow , and a speed ? like say after + 12 atack speed anything more doesnt afect it ?

aspeed & luck is capped @ 9 , if u get aspeed/luck+9 and then u get +10 its just the same as +9, thats the max effect as far as i kno

i no there is a ring out the called old mans para and that has slow+15 normal lol and that slows every hit for abut 15-20 secs
