Are Server Speed Caps Too High?? Resulting in lag

I don't think it's lag that we are getting ingame. I just did some tests using the Diamond files and the high caps seem to give similar results to what looks like lag on Revenge.



These were lag free ^

We can see other people moving whilst we are "lagging" and I don't seem to get any lag when i'm standing still attacking with +0 speed.

I think the caps should be set around 400-500ms which would give the game a better PvP system.

Do users with fast pcs feel laggy?

Seriously, new server with 35 ping, no way I can be laggin this bad.
I'm fine for first few steps but then it kicks in, which is what it's like with the high setting.
