patch not working

LOOOOOO peeps

need help coz my Auto Patch dont work has never worked since I re installed my system . Keep gettin KaoriPatchListFile not found or server down.
Anyone out there know HOW TO FIX THIS?. It's drivin Me nuts

I get the same problem on my laptop. I have downloaded the correct autopatch and put it in right files. But still no joy.
The autopatch works nps on my desktop machine so I've had to copy MR from my desktop machine to my laptop.
I've tried running the auto patch both with and without my firewall on but still no joy.
It's gonna be a pain in the a$$ if ive got to transfer files from machine to machine all the time.

Nope not Vista, wouldnt touch that OS yet !
I've got XP on both my machines. Just seems strange that the autopatch works on my desktop, but not my laptop.
