Tele Ring and LDC

LDC is a no recall and no RT zone, I think it should be a no tele-ring zone too.... as its a KR technically?

Maybe it already is and I imagined some1 teleing infront of me earlier, who knows. But it gives people valuable time to kill it before peopl arrive to rain on the parade.

LDC used to be like that even on private servers or legal servers... how about use GG ?
