Yes, as far as im aware most of the skills are ingame, (I didn't play Euro) But curse ff blizz meteor etc is in game yes Welcome aswell.

ok thx havent played mir 2 in over 7 yrs lol use to love it but moved to mir 3 i left just as the new skills were realesed
